Provisioning Coordinator

Job Description

ConnectWise, a leading software company, is seeking a Provisioning Coordinator to support its Sales and Post Sales teams. The Provisioning Coordinator will oversee the successful completion of the licensing process, assist with contract review, and provision licenses to partners based on contract purchases. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to complete licensing for partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to cross-functional teams with high attention to detail.
• Processes sales contracts and orders, maintaining accurate records of all licenses.
• Processes and manages license applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Resolves licensing issues and discrepancies.
• Responds to licensing inquiries.
• Conducts account research and analysis.
• Maintains database integrity.
• Escalates issues as needed.
• Cross-trains with other team members.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with moderate supervision
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization
• Knowledge of general billing and contract terms and procedures
• Ability to work well in an environment with firm deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and easily adapt to procedural changes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to deal with delinquent accounts
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to diffuse situations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools
