Job Description

Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Business Analyst I to join their Demand Generation team. This role is based in São Paulo. The Analyst will focus on analyzing and optimizing the demand generation team's daily operations, driving results through data-driven insights, and enhancing the efficiency and scalability of strategies. The ideal candidate will translate numbers into actionable strategies and contribute to building a high-impact operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and optimizing analytical solutions using SQL and visualization tools to create dashboards and ensure efficient data reporting.
• Developing strategic analyses, creating metrics, projections, and indicators to guide performance monitoring of acquisition funnels.
• Identifying patterns and opportunities in data, providing recommendations to drive results and operational improvements.
• Communicating insights clearly and objectively, translating complex data into actionable information and influencing strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (sales, operations, marketing, relationship, data), connecting analyses to business needs.

Requirements:

• Strategic vision: connecting analyses to business decisions, especially related to new customer acquisition.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: analyzing complex problems and structuring them logically, providing practical and effective solutions.
• Familiarity with data manipulation: using various techniques, including advanced aggregations and data organization methods, to transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate or higher level.
• Direct communication: being an active communicator and attentive listener.
• Proactivity and organization: having a sense of urgency and responsibility, being organized and proactive in tasks and deliveries.
