Clara is seeking a Control Desk & Credit Associate to help build the financial backbone of Latin America’s most ambitious companies. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in the region, used by over 20,000 companies. Clara's all-in-one solution combines locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful SaaS platform built to scale with our customers.The Control Desk & Credit Associate will perform monitoring activities in the onboarding process, working closely with Sales & Customer facing teams to complete CDD & KYC reviews. They will manage workload productively within agreed SLAs, adhere to approved policies, and maintain best practices. The ideal candidate will ensure that KYC/KYB and CDD quality standards and controls are always observed, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: - Perform monitoring activities in the onboarding process.
- Work closely with Sales & Customer facing teams to complete CDD & KYC reviews.
- Manage workload productively within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure KYC/KYB and CDD quality standards and controls are always observed.
Requirements: - At least 2 years experience in KYC/CDD activities.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Great numerical skills.
- Knowledge of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and CashFlow)
- Intermediate English level
