What this role involves:

• Partnering with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop recruitment strategies.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Owning projects to build and iterate on hiring and onboarding processes.
• Organizing and managing talent outreach.
• Conducting initial phone screens and communication with candidates.
