Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Analyst - Pricing to join their Growth pillar in Poland. The Product Analyst will work within a cross-functional squad, alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, to drive the future of Cleo's product. They will leverage user data and analytical techniques to influence key metrics such as conversion, ARPU, and LTV. The analyst will also collaborate with a team of Data Scientists, Product Analysts, and Analytic Engineers.
What this role involves:
- Conducting deep-dive analysis into subscription tiers, pricing tests, discount strategies, and packaging choices.
- Influencing the roadmap through data-based recommendations.
- Defining KPIs and designing tracking to measure success.
- Conducting A/B tests and causal analyses.
- Building models of price sensitivity, bundling effectiveness, user-segmentation, and customer lifetime value.
- Prioritizing data modeling needs and contributing to the transformed data codebase.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
- Experience designing and analyzing pricing experiments.
- Ability to define new product metrics from complex data.
- Fluency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with data modeling/dbt is a plus.
