Job Description

GitLab, an open core software company, is seeking a Senior Sales Analytics Analyst to join their Sales Analytics team. In this role, the individual will own business-level data and analytics projects, conduct deep-dive analyses, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams.

The role involves:

  • Conducting complex analyses for company-level priorities and communicating findings.
  • Driving global business cadences in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Developing and managing executive reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partnering with various teams to develop global initiatives.

GitLab is looking for someone who brings:

  • Sales analytics experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise with BI tools, especially Tableau.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
  • Experience using GitLab a plus.
