Job Description
GitLab, an open core software company, is seeking a Senior Sales Analytics Analyst to join their Sales Analytics team. In this role, the individual will own business-level data and analytics projects, conduct deep-dive analyses, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams.
The role involves:
- Conducting complex analyses for company-level priorities and communicating findings.
- Driving global business cadences in partnership with Sales leadership.
- Developing and managing executive reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Partnering with various teams to develop global initiatives.
GitLab is looking for someone who brings:
- Sales analytics experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Expertise with BI tools, especially Tableau.
- Experience with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
- Experience using GitLab a plus.
