Revenue Operations Engineer

Job Description

SpecterOps is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to unify operations, data, and systems supporting revenue teams. This role focuses on driving visibility across the revenue cycle, enhancing sales efficiency, and fostering revenue growth. The Revenue Operations Engineer will design and scale enterprise-quality GTM technology, directly impacting sales efficiency and company revenue recognition with automations and enhancements. They will implement change control to adapt systems for critical integration initiatives, including pricing, packaging and new methodologies. The Engineer will own technical escalations, with an eye for addressing issues with scalable, long-term business solutions.

• Designing and scaling enterprise-quality GTM technology
• Implementing change control to adapt systems for critical integration initiatives
• Owning technical escalations and providing scalable solutions
• Working with stakeholders to review requirements and architecture
• Ensuring data integrity across platforms
• Developing advanced analytics reports
• Maintaining system documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer in revenue operations or business operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Proficiency with GTM technology stacks, including CRM systems, billing tools, and integration platforms
• Experience with API integrations and data modeling for pre-and-post sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
