Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Catalog Management team, focusing on "Price, Stock & Availability". This role involves shaping the vision and mission of a development squad, communicating it to stakeholders and clients. The Senior Product Manager will be a key player in ensuring the quality and business value of Mirakl's solutions.
Role Involves:
- Designing new features and enhancements for Mirakl Platform and Mirakl Catalog Platform.
- Managing, maintaining, and prioritizing the squad's functional backlog.
- Ensuring the squad focuses on high-priority, high-value tasks.
- Conducting discovery, benchmarking, and market/product analysis.
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success) to align with company objectives.
- Working with Product Design to create user-friendly features.
- Collaborating with the engineering manager to assess technical impacts.
- Working with developers, testers, and technical writers throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborating with the Data Science team to integrate AI features.
- Analyzing feature adoption by clients.
- Identifying and integrating valuable technological partners.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions and champion ideas.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis (databases, BI tools).
- Experience specifying batch and API integrations.
- Comfort with project management.
- Excellent French and English skills.
