Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Catalog Management team. This role focuses on evolving the vision and mission of a development squad, communicating it to stakeholders and clients. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and business value of Mirakl's solutions.
Role Involves:
- Designing new features and enhancements for Mirakl Platform and Mirakl Catalog Platform.
- Managing, maintaining, and prioritizing the functional backlog of the squad.
- Conducting discovery, benchmarking, and market/product analysis.
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success) to align with company objectives.
- Working with Product Design to create user-friendly features.
- Collaborating with the engineering manager to assess technical impacts.
- Working with developers, testers, and technical writers throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborating with the Data Science team to integrate AI features.
- Analyzing feature adoption by clients.
- Identifying potential technology partners and integration scenarios.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions and champion ideas.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis (databases, BI tools).
- Experience specifying batch and API integrations.
- Comfortable with project management.
- Excellent French and English skills.
