Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. This role is within the Catalog Management team, specifically the "Price, Stock & Availability" squad, and reports to the Product Director.Mirakl's platform models, such as marketplace, dropship, and one creditor, offer key advantages like speed, flexibility, and profitability. Their products integrate features designed for B2B clients, including specific product formats, order workflows, billing functions, and pricing options.Role Involves:

• Conceiving new features and evolutions for Mirakl Platform and Mirakl Catalog Platform.
• Managing, maintaining, and prioritizing the functional backlog of the squad.
• Ensuring the squad works on the most prioritized, high-value-added topics.
• Conducting discovery, benchmarking, and market/product analyses.
• Collaborating with stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success) to align with company objectives.
• Working with the Product Design team to design and improve features.
• Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to assess technical impacts.
• Collaborating with developers, testers, and technical writers throughout the user story lifecycle.
• Collaborating with the Data Science team to integrate AI functionalities.
• Analyzing feature adoption by clients.
• Identifying technological partners and co-constructing integration scenarios.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions and sponsor ideas.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Comfortable with data analysis (databases, BI tools).
• Experience specifying batch and API integrations.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Excellent French and English skills.
