Gotion Inc., a leading battery manufacturer, is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee its treasury operations, ensuring financial stability and optimizing liquidity. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in project financing, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support capital investments and operational growth.Role involves:

• Overseeing daily cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Managing relationships with financial institutions and negotiating credit lines.
• Structuring and executing project financing strategies.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Developing financial models for investment decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project financing.
• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance.
• Strong understanding of cash management and debt financing.
• Experience in structuring and securing funding for capital-intensive projects.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/TMS software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Gotion Inc. offers:

• US base salary range of $100,000 - $150,000.
• 20% bonus.
