Job Description
Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their international team in Portugal. This role focuses on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio, covering the Americas region (North & Latin America). The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. The role involves working with qualified leads, scheduling technical demos, nurturing relationships, and closing smaller deals. For larger opportunities, collaboration with the Account Executive team is expected.
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls & emails
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create deals in the CRM
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), Spanish proficiency
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Strong phone presence, listening & presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products
