Job Description
Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their international team. This role focuses on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio and aims to grow revenue in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Role involves:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, calls, and emails.
  • Conducting product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and creating deals in the CRM.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Managing accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A target-driven mindset.
  • Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products.
  • English & Spanish language proficiency needed (Portuguese is a plus)
