Constructor TECH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their international team in Spain. This role focuses on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio, covering the Americas region. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. The role involves working with qualified leads, scheduling technical demos, nurturing relationships, and closing smaller deals. Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls & emails.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create deals in the CRM.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Take ownership of the sales cycle for smaller opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Share feedback to optimize sales processes.
Requirements: - Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Strong phone presence, listening & presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
