Job Description

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Fremont, California. The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of eligible candidates, actively sourcing candidates for numerous openings, screening candidates and working with hiring managers to schedule interviews. They will also qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. The candidate will serve as the contact person for questions from candidates and meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates
• Actively source candidates for openings
• Screen Candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Qualify or reject candidates
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of recruitment experience (Renewable or Automotive industry preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
