Packaging Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent to join their team in Marshall, MI. Cresco Labs is a large, vertically integrated, multistate operator in the cannabis industry, committed to normalizing and professionalizing cannabis. The company values quality, consistency, and integrity.

The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a sanitary work environment.

Role Involves:

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Comparing product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensuring that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
