Job Description

General Assembly is seeking an AI HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor to support content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for its learning programs. The role involves collaborating with learning designers and functional experts to create and deliver high-quality educational content.Responsibilities include:

• Participating in pre-sale meetings and tailoring learning solutions to client needs.
• Curating and designing learning content aligned with industry best practices.
• Facilitating engaging learning environments for students.
• Preparing lessons and materials, leveraging existing curriculum resources.
• Guiding students in completing exercises, labs, and projects.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching others.
• Knowledge of AI tools for employee engagement and retention analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT/Gemini, Workday, PowerBI, HireVue, Eightfold.ai, Visier, Glint, Galileo.
• Strong communication skills.
