Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Technical Lead to join their technology department in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the team technically, creating system designs, and ensuring adherence to design principles and best coding practices. They will also be responsible for stakeholder management and driving the evaluation of new tools and methodologies.
The role involves:
- Guiding the team technically.
- Creating system designs (HLD and LLD).
- Considering non-functional aspects of requirements.
- Engaging in coding tasks.
- Promoting design principles and best coding practices.
- Leading and conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience developing with an Object-Oriented Language (Java, C++).
- Excellent understanding of algorithms & data structures.
- Good knowledge of the Linux environment.
- Hands-on expertise with UI technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS.
- Hands-on expertise working with SQL like MySQL, Postgres.
- Hands-on expertise with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB and good understanding of column based datastore like Redshift.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Development experience using Java and experience in Microservices architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
