Job Description

ABC Labs is seeking a Senior Associate Designer to collaborate with marketing and product teams, bringing brand campaigns, social content, and product visuals to life. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and owns end-to-end execution. ABC Labs contributes to the development of the Reserve protocol and helps to support and grow the Reserve ecosystem.Role involves:

• Designing high-quality graphics, animations, and short-form videos for social media and paid ads.
• Supporting brand storytelling across campaigns, decks, website assets, and in-app visuals.
• Translating design concepts into assets tailored for various platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Researching design trends in crypto, fintech, and digital culture.
• Collaborating with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure on-brand and performant design outputs.
• Maintaining organized working files and design systems.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a designer.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and video editing tools.
• Portfolio showcasing work across motion graphics, brand assets, and social content.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in San Francisco or NYC (or willing to relocate).
