Nigeria Product Manager

Job Description

One Acre Fund, established in 2006, aims to equip smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Operating across nine countries in Africa, it provides farm supplies, tree seedlings, credit, agronomic training, and agricultural services. The Nigeria program, established in 2018 and headquartered in Minna, Niger state, serves over 100,000 farmers.

The Product Manager role is responsible for the success of a portfolio of products. The Product Manager will report to tech and Business Innovation Lead.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external organizations.
• Developing and maintaining product documentation.
• Assessing client needs and developing impactful products.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product analysis or business strategy.
• Conceptual reasoning and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in developing business-level strategy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI).
