Job Description

Power Digital is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join their team. The company is a tech-enabled growth firm focused on marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, conducting data analysis, and communicating insights to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C.
  • Access and analyze data from marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Create and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance decks.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Transform complex data into clear visualizations.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Simplify and present findings, connecting data to business outcomes.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign structures.
  • Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
  • Understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Experience creating performance presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
