Urban Sports Club is seeking a Senior Lead Manager to lead their lead management efforts. The Senior Lead Manager will be at the forefront of the company's sales operations, spearheading lead management efforts. Their strategic mindset and leadership skills will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into loyal customers.

What this role involves:
• Developing and implementing lead management strategies.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Utilizing CRM and other tools to track and analyze lead data.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Generating regular reports and metrics.
• Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead management (3+ years).
• Full professional working proficiency in English and German.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset.
