Workato is seeking an Intern - Platform Solutions Engineer to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, allowing the intern to develop technical skills. The intern will support the team in tasks ranging from usage analysis and customer support to event coordination. Workato is a leader in enterprise orchestration, helping businesses streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences.

• Designing and developing automation workflows for demos, PoCs, and customer projects.
• Creating integration connectors to seamlessly connect different systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Implementing best practices for automation workflows and integration development.
• Testing and debugging workflows and integration connectors.
• Optimizing and improving automation workflows and integration connectors.
• Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Analyzing data to uncover valuable insights.
• Guiding customers through their onboarding journey.
• Assisting in planning and coordinating training workshops and events.

• Must be based in Japan or available to work during Japan's working hours.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, business analytics or a similar field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (N1 Level). Spoken and written English is a plus.
• Overseas work or education experience is welcome.
