Workato is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performance queuing/storage engine and will work in a polyglot environment, learning new languages and technologies. Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
Contributing to all phases of the development life cycle.
Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code.
Evaluating and proposing improvements to existing systems.
Maintaining and evolving application cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Maintaining and evolving Kubernetes clusters.
Infrastructure hardening according to compliance and security requirements.
Maintenance and development of monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting solutions.
Requirements include:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
7+ years of industry experience.
Experience working with public cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
Experience with Terraform, Docker.
Good understanding of Linux networking and security.
Exceptional understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
Experience with GOlang/Python/Java/Ruby (any) and databases such as PostgreSQL.
