Compliance Officer

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead the compliance strategy and strengthen the ethical culture within the organization. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for implementing, leading, and supervising Cabify's Compliance Model, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting the highest ethical standards. This role is key to managing regulatory risks, supporting various business areas, and ensuring operations align with the company's values.

• Leading the Compliance area and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and ethical standards.
• Managing regulatory, legal, and conduct risks, focusing on privacy, ethics, integrity, and criminal prevention.
• Designing, implementing, and supervising the Compliance Model, ensuring its alignment with the corporate strategy.
• Acting as a liaison with Senior Management, reporting findings, progress, and strategic recommendations.
• Implementing and maintaining certifications in Anti-Corruption and Criminal Compliance.
• Defining and implementing internal policies and processes that optimize efficiency and guarantee compliance.
• Supporting business and technology areas in integrating compliance management tools.
• Establishing controls, validations, and monitoring over key policies: Ethical Code, Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, etc.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the Compliance Plan through indicators, audits, and corrective actions.
• Designing and delivering training and awareness programs on compliance matters at all levels of the organization.
• Coordinating with different areas to ensure transversal alignment in compliance policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience leading Compliance or Regulatory Compliance areas.
• Deep knowledge of current regulations, business ethics, and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and transversal projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with Senior Management and make strategic decisions autonomously.
• Experience in internal audits and continuous improvement processes.
• Proactivity, results orientation, and ability to adapt to dynamic and technological environments.
• Previous experience in implementing Compliance programs and certifications.
