Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer (GTM Eng) to join their team. In this role, the individual will serve as a revenue systems architect, outbound campaign strategist, AI workflow orchestrator, and client-facing Account Manager. They will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing agent-powered outbound campaigns for Apollo Labs clients, with the goal of building AI-native outbound engines that generate pipeline at scale. The GTM Engineer will own GTM execution for clients by blending signal-based ICP logic, AI-generated messaging, campaign architecture, and automation-first design.
  • Architecting autonomous, AI-powered GTM workflows that scale pipeline creation
  • Designing agentic workflows for fully automated, adaptive outreach
  • Deploying agent workflows that learn from data feedback
  • Conducting semi-automated outreach via phone and social channels
  • Researching AI deployed against relevant Signals/Triggers for Client business
  • Stacking Signals for better Lead Scoring/Prioritization
  • Shaping a Client’s Go-to-Market strategy and Campaigns
  • Penetrating accounts and setting valuable meetings with qualified buyers
  • Managing KPIs including outbound activity by channel, meetings booked, and pipeline created
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth, or Sales Development leadership
  • Experience with CRMs, sales automation tools, and AI platforms
  • Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies
