Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a retention marketing strategy for the EMEA Retail industry. This role focuses on increasing customer engagement through marketing campaigns and brand activities, driving expansion and product adoption, and reducing customer churn. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking skills, be data-driven, and have experience in crafting marketing campaigns.Responsibilities include developing and implementing annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, owning Lightspeed messaging, supporting new product launches, and organizing in-office events in Amsterdam.
- Increasing customer engagement

- Organizing events at the Lightspeed Amsterdam office
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience with NPS, referral, or customer advocacy programs
- Customer onboarding and adoption marketing
- Proven ability to develop marketing roadmaps, campaigns and projects from end-to-end
- Comfortable writing B2B marketing copy in Dutch
- Superior analytical skills with proven data tools experience including Salesforce, Looker, etc.
