Role involves:
- Identifying and leading high-impact strategic projects.
- Problem-solving across various departments.
- Monitoring and improving department performance metrics.

Requirements:
- First-class STEM degree from a top-tier university.
- 2+ years in investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong SQL skills, Python a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
