XTX Markets, a leading algorithmic trading firm, is seeking a Distribution and Liquidity Management professional to join their collaborative and highly technical team. This role focuses on building and improving the firm's client business across equities, FX, precious metals, and ETFs.Responsibilities include analyzing flow, optimizing pricing, maximizing client relationships, understanding XTX’s value proposition, deepening client relationships, becoming an expert in market structure, and driving forward one-off projects.Role Involves:

• Analyzing flow and optimising pricing across a portfolio of clients and venues.
• Maximising the value of existing client relationships.
• Understanding and communicating XTX’s value proposition.
• Deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Becoming an expert in market structure and microstructure.
• Driving forward one-off projects.

Requirements:

• A fundamental understanding of Electronic Trading (2-4 years).
• Strong technical reasoning skills.
• Track record of client interaction.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• High integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.
