Business Development Intern Fall 2025

Job Description

Rocket Lab, a global leader in launch and space systems, is offering a Business Development Internship at their Albuquerque, New Mexico site. This internship provides an opportunity to support the Business Development Team with data analysis, cost updating, and work time studies for production processes. The Business Development team collaborates with new and existing customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.What this role involves:

• Working closely with a mentor and other employees to apply knowledge and grow skills.
• Working with a fast-paced group of professionals to solve real challenges.
• Attending frequent 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors.
• Participating in tech talks and networking events.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master's or doctorate degree program in a business administration discipline with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience in accounting, finance, government, legal, marketing & communications, human resources, or supply chain.
• Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning August or September 2025.
