Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive digital transformation in the public sector, focusing on tax and finance administrations. The role involves developing concepts for the future of public financial administration, advising decision-makers in ministries and authorities, and implementing projects. The consultant will analyze organizational structures and processes, develop innovative solutions, and evaluate the use of new technologies like AI.

Requirements:

• A degree in social sciences, economics, administrative sciences, computer science, or a related field
• Practical experience in financial supervision, tax administration, or customs
• Interest in digital transformation and new technologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
