After sales engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

Gotion Inc. is seeking an After-sales Engineer to build and manage their after-sales team in the EU-AF region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the after-sales service system, designing service experiences, and developing customer satisfaction concepts. This role also involves planning and building the Euro-African after-sales technical training system, collecting customer complaints, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to travel frequently
• 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience
• Familiarity with car companies and battery products
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
