Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to play a key role in developing and implementing security strategies in the OT/IoT space. The ideal candidate will combine technological expertise with strategic consulting to help clients build secure digital infrastructures.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing OT/IoT Cyber Security projects from strategy to implementation.
- Developing Security Management Systems (CSMS) according to IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and ideally NAFv4.
- Analyzing existing IT/OT architectures, conducting penetration tests and maturity assessments, and developing customized protection concepts.
- Advising on secure data processing in the context of Federated AI, Edge Computing, and cross-domain communication.
- Developing DevSecOps strategies for hybrid IT/OT environments and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Designing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for threat detection and monitoring.
- Creating governance structures and security concepts that support go-to-market strategies for Connected Products & Services.
- Advising on the implementation of compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and the AI Act.
Requirements:
- A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in OT/IoT Security, Cyber Security Consulting, and Security Governance.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and frameworks: ISO 27001, IEC 62443, GDPR, AI Act, NIST, and ideally NAFv4 or NGVA STANAG 4754.
- Practical experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Penetration Testing, DevSecOps, Federated AI, and Edge Security.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to C-level executives.
- Team player with initiative, innovation, and enthusiasm for Cyber Security.
- Excellent German and English skills.
