Senior Manager Connected Products & Services – Connected Service Ecosystems (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Connected Products & Services team. This role involves working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges and managing projects for executive-level clients. The Senior Manager will lead teams, advise on the development of new product and service portfolios, and develop sustainable business models.

The role focuses on digital transformation projects in Digital Services, IoT, and Connectivity, ensuring their success. The Senior Manager will develop offerings based on current market trends like AI and customer needs, focusing on connected devices and platform solutions to leverage data across the value chain. They will translate strategies into operational concepts and ensure the development and introduction of new products and services.

The Senior Manager will work in agile, interdisciplinary teams, think and act customer-centrically, and ensure the successful marketing of new digital products and services. They will also optimize the customer experience along the entire customer journey by leveraging data.

Role Involves:

• Project management for executive-level clients
• Leading teams and advising on product & service portfolio development
• Developing sustainable business models
• Leading digital transformation projects in Digital Services, IoT, and Connectivity
• Translating strategies into operational concepts
• Optimizing customer experience using data

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in consulting (Business Model Innovation, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Digital Services)
• A successfully completed university degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• A strong understanding of consulting in the area of "Connected Products & Services"
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic analysis
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
