Lightning AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the design of groundbreaking technology aimed at transforming the machine learning ecosystem. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product strategy and create user-friendly designs. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing B2C software or technical platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking across UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience working with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
