Job Description
Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is seeking an ESS Regional Sales Director. The person in this role will lead and manage the sales team in designated regions (Eastern US, Western US, Canada, South America) to drive sales and market expansion for energy storage products. This role will be responsible for achieving the company's sales targets and market penetration.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional sales targets.
- Expanding the energy storage market and identifying potential customers.
- Communicating and negotiating with customers.
- Managing team performance and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
- Providing professional product configuration and wealth management services.
- Exploring local resources and developing sales channels.
- Understanding industry dynamics and providing market feedback.
- Training team members and helping distributors cultivate qualified sales teams.
- Completing work reports and ensuring timely updates of information.
Qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree or above.
- Familiarity with industry management laws, regulations, and international trade.
- Keen market insight, strong organizational skills, and business analysis capabilities.
- Chinese or Bilingual preferred.
