Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to ensure partners are equipped to successfully promote, sell, implement, and support Backbase solutions. The Partner Enablement Manager will work closely with sales, solutions engineering, partner sales, and services teams to identify challenges, escalate critical issues, and drive seamless collaboration between Backbase and its partners. This role is instrumental in ensuring partners are enabled with the right knowledge, tools, and support to drive joint success.
Role involves:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partner-related enablement queries.
- Streamlining partner interactions and ensuring smooth enablement journeys.
- Coordinating and delivering training sessions, workshops, and enablement initiatives.
- Providing partners with relevant resources, collateral, and tools for effective selling.
- Ensuring partners stay current with the latest technical solutions and methodologies.
- Monitoring partner progress and engagement with enablement programs.
- Gathering and consolidating partner feedback.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner management, sales enablement, or a related role in the software or fintech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, financial services, and fintech industry trends.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud services.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify issues, escalate challenges, and proactively drive resolutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working with CRM, sales enablement tools, and partner training platforms is a plus.
