Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their team in Hyderabad. The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for onboarding and mentoring new Solution Architects, collaborating with RnD on product improvements, and participating in client CSTs. They will exemplify the core values and a passion to grow people and improve the ways of working, as well as participate in coaching, mentoring, and on-boarding new SAs in the team.
The role involves:
- Participating in short-term Sales cycles.
- Adapting quickly while working on multiple cycles in parallel.
- Convincing customers on a future with Backbase.
- Working on internal knowledge base (slides and documents) and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in IT.
- Minimum of 5 years architecture experience in customer facing/consulting role.
- (preferably) 3 year financial services, banking, fintech experience.
- Deep craft knowledge.
- Ability to drive initiative with RnD.
- Ability to collaborate with RnD on product improvements, new features, and architectural platform requirements.
- Ability to share knowledge across SA chapter.
- Broad knowledge of the Backbase platform and technology stack.
- Able to mitigate risks concerning delivery vs R&D roadmap roll out.
