Job Description
Tekion is seeking a Senior Content Developer to create and maintain high-quality learning content for all Tekion platforms. This role involves strategically planning content, crafting narratives, designing visual elements, and integrating multimedia components. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent design principles.
Role involves:
- Designing and developing instructionally sound learning content.
- Crafting compelling stories that translate product terminology.
- Creating comprehensive course outlines and learning objectives.
- Developing content strategies and structuring content to meet learning goals.
- Converting video content into digestible learning formats.
- Reviewing and editing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Creating visually engaging slide layouts.
- Designing collateral and visual assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in content development and PowerPoint design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
- Superior project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
