Bitpanda is seeking a Global Banking Relationship Manager to manage relationships with global banking institutions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights into banking, treasury management, correspondent banking, and payment operations to ensure robust partnerships and operational excellence.Responsibilities:

• Own and deepen strategic relationships with global banking partners.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new partners.
• Track and respond to market and regulatory shifts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with treasury, payments, compliance, and strategy.
• Continuously improve banking services, infrastructure, and performance.

Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience in banking, treasury, and financial services.
• Proven expertise in correspondent banking and navigating complex global financial ecosystems.
• Expert in navigating regulatory environments, optimising operations, and managing financial risk.
• Well-connected with a strong network of institutional banking partners and fintech stakeholders.
• Confident communicator and negotiator.
• Strategic operator comfortable traveling and driving relationships on the ground.
