Job Description
Airbyte is seeking a Product Advocate to join their Marketing team. This role focuses on helping prospective users understand and find success with the product. It sits at the intersection of sales, product, and technical support. The ideal candidate will blend technical fluency with customer engagement.

The role involves:
  • Acting as a technical first-responder and developing deep expertise in data movement via Airbyte.
  • Helping users troubleshoot and understand connector behavior, configuration, and best practices.
  • Qualifying prospects and demoing the Airbyte platform.
  • Managing and iterating on warm automated outbound campaigns.
  • Working directly with external technical counterparts to scope Airbyte engagements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and technical support to ensure customer success.
  • Documenting technical requirements, workflows, and functionality of prospects.
  • Communicating feature requests and competitive intelligence internally.
  • Representing and evangelizing Airbyte externally at conferences and events.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with modern data infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise (degree or bootcamp) to deepen understanding of Airbyte’s technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
