Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Logistics Specialist for its manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate logistics operations, develop strategies for efficiency, manage inventory, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth production. They will also maintain relationships with suppliers, analyze data for improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.

• Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Assisting in developing and implementing logistics strategies.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and carriers.
• Analyzing logistics data for process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software (SAP a plus).
