Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic creative team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animation and graphic design, eager to learn, and looking to contribute to a diverse range of digital media projects. The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will collaborate with senior designers and other team members to create engaging visual content for various channels.

What this role involves:

• Assisting in creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of media including web, television, and social media.
• Supporting the development of storyboards and design concept sketches.
• Working closely with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure cohesive delivery of final projects.
• Assisting in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintaining organized project files and documentation for easy access and updates.
• Receiving and incorporating feedback from Senior Motion Graphics Designers and clients to improve design and animation work.
• Assisting in editing and refining motion graphics projects to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design or related field (internships and freelance work considered).
• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital animation and motion design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Basic understanding of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
