People Data Analyst at Cleo

Cleo is seeking a Data Analyst to join their People Analytics team. This role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making within the HR and People functions. The Data Analyst will work closely with HR and People Operations to analyze employee data, develop dashboards, and create reports that track key metrics such as retention, engagement, and performance. Cleo is a fast-growing unicorn that provides financial services.

What this role involves:

• Analyzing employee data to identify patterns and trends
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
• Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data collection methods
• Optimizing the people analytics framework
• Supporting cross-functional projects with robust data analysis

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, within HR, People Analytics, or a similar field
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working with HR metrics and understanding of HR processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
