Job Description

Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to assist in the efficient operation of their warehouse in Manteno, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation management, contributing to the day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching
• Maintain accurate stock levels through inventory control processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations

• 1+ year's experience in warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of transportation management principles
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes (FTZ experience is a plus)
• Ability to contribute to process improvement efforts
• Ability to work autonomously and actively problem solve
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
