Job Description
Life360 is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Accounting Operation group. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and operational accounting skills and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role involves leading a team, managing partnerships, and ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities in accordance with accounting and reporting requirements.

Role Involves:
  • Providing direction, oversight, and coaching to accounting staff.
  • Leading monthly financial close activities.
  • Reviewing monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Driving process improvements and optimizing efficiencies.
  • Providing GAAP guidance and accounting research.
  • Leading the company’s annual audit.
  • Collaborating with Financial Reporting, FP&A, and external partners.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in software and/or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, business processes, and internal control evaluation.
