Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for their manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. The Warehouse Supervisor will support the efficient operation of the warehouse, focusing on maintaining productivity and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Oversee inventory control processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement.
• Train and develop team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400).
• Understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
