AI Product Manager

Job Description

Mirakl, a leader in platform economy solutions, is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the technical product strategy and execution for their AI Catalog Product (Catalog Transformer). This role involves embedding state-of-the-art foundation models into Mirakl's SaaS platform to transform product catalog operations at a global scale. The AI Product Manager will work at the intersection of LLM architecture, data pipelines, and user-facing SaaS products, translating research innovations into production-grade AI features.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with AI Research, Data Science, Engineering, and SaaS Product teams, ensuring AI outputs meet industrial-grade standards. Mirakl Labs, the technical and product teams, are primarily located in Paris and Bordeaux, operating in agile squads to address client challenges related to new functionalities, scalability, security, and ergonomics.

What this role involves:

• Owning end-to-end AI product strategy and execution for Catalog Transformer.
• Driving cross-functional collaboration with AI researchers, data scientists, PMs, designers, and engineers.
• Ensuring the integration and evaluation of GenAI models.
• Driving experimentation with GenAI tooling and scalable deployments.
• Collaborating on AI infrastructure choices.
• Building internal tooling and evaluation pathways.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of SaaS product management experience with AI/ML features.
• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent expertise.
• Strong technical fluency in GenAI ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model lifecycle.
• Analytical and experimental mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
