Application Builder - Workforce Applications  

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking an Application Builder to join their Workforce Center of Excellence. The Application Builder will be responsible for building out-of-the-box and extendable applications on the Anaplan platform for planning, forecasting, and reporting use cases across various industries. This role requires collaboration with Application Architects, Workforce Product Management, GTM, and Professional Services teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver Workforce Applications using Anaplan platform components.
• Partner with Product Management to understand and document application requirements.
• Design and build applications and user experiences that meet UX standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and refine applications as needed.
• Upgrade applications with new Anaplan platform capabilities.
• Partner with Center of Excellence Advisors, Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams.
• Act as a trusted internal and external knowledge expert for applications.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with prospect and customer opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, deploying workforce planning use cases.
• Anaplan Level 3 Certification.
• Engineering discipline to ensure scalability and configurable functionality.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
