Precision for Medicine is seeking a Change Orders Analyst/Senior Change Orders Analyst to work remotely in the UK. This role involves leading change order budget creation, working with project management, functional leads, and financial analysts. The Change Orders Analyst/Senior Change Orders Analyst will contribute to tracking change order requests, developing departmental metrics, and participating in internal and client calls.Precision for Medicine integrates clinical trial execution with scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, focusing on Oncology and Rare Disease.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to produce high-quality change orders.
  • Review changes in assumptions to identify information gaps.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to support timely delivery of change orders.
  • Schedule and lead change order alignment calls.
  • Prepare and customize change order text.
  • Incorporate vendor and partner change orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of information, including assumptions and process descriptions.
  • Pay attention to financial formulas to ensure accurate change orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, finance/accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in proposal and/or change order preparation.
  • Working knowledge of project budgets and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
